Rancho Llano Seco is a 6th generation 17,000 acre family farm located on the Sacramento River. We have a rich history of balancing agriculture, livestock husbandry and conservation. Established in 1861, we are one of the last intact Mexican land grant properties in California. Our grain program includes both whole grain wheat berries (bran, germ, and endosperm intact) and flour. By keeping all 3 components of a single grain, with none removed by industrial milling methods such as those that give us white refined flour, all the nutritional value and goodness of each kernel is retained.
